Cleaning

The process starts by hydro pressure cleaning the entire roof surface to remove all moss, lichen, dirt and pollutants. Great care is taken to ensure all down pipes are closed off to prevent blockage by the debris. Once fully cleaned our team will rinse down all gutters, fascia, soffits, windows, doors, walls and surrounding areas.

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THE DIRT AND DEBRIS THAT HAS BEEN LIVING ON YOUR ROOF!!

Repairing

Now that the roof is clean we can carry out all necessary repairs to defective cement areas such as ridge caps, hips, bonnets, valleys and gables. Any broken, damaged or missing tiles will be replaced.

Treating

To kill off any remaining spores and to sterilise the roof tiles an ‘ANTICIDE’ is spray applied to the entire roof surface. Our ‘ANTICIDE’ contains fungicide, algaecide and a biocide and is fully approved.

Recolouring

At this stage we can now apply two coats of water repellent coating allowing your roof full protection against the weather. We also have the advantage of being able to re-pigment your tiles back to the original colour or a colour of your choice, not only protecting your home but enhancing the look also.
